Fenbro HQ Connector Privacy Policy
Effective date: 6 August 2026
1. Controller details
Fenbro HQ Connector is provided by Fenbro sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland under KRS number 0000947765 and NIP number 7011070120, with its registered office at Ludna 2 / 320, 00-406 Warszawa, Poland (Fenbro, we, us, or our).
Fenbro is the controller of personal data processed through the Extension. For privacy questions, contact info@fenbro.com.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Fenbro HQ Connector (the Extension). The Extension is intended for authorised Fenbro users. This policy describes how Fenbro processes user data through the Extension.
3. User data processed
After the user selects a target and confirms a capture, the Extension reads the current quotation from a supported supplier quotation page. The information processed can include product names and codes, quantities, dimensions, prices, quotation and target information, and optional product images. It can also include information that identifies, or is associated with, a business contact or project when that information is present in the quotation.
The Extension also processes an access token that authenticates the user with Fenbro HQ. The token is stored in trusted Chrome extension storage. If the outcome of a submission is uncertain, the Extension stores one pending capture in the same storage until it is resolved or discarded by the user.
4. Purpose
Fenbro processes this data only to provide the Extension's stated function: to import a user-confirmed supplier quotation capture into the selected Fenbro HQ quotation. The Extension does not collect quotation data in the background. Capture begins only after the user's confirmation.
5. Disclosure and sharing
The Extension transmits the confirmed capture and the authentication token to Fenbro HQ over HTTPS. Fenbro HQ is the sole recipient of this data through the Extension. Fenbro does not sell this data, use it for advertising, use it for profiling, or disclose it to data brokers or advertising networks.
6. Retention
The Extension removes local connection data when the user disconnects or when Fenbro HQ rejects the access token. It removes a pending capture after successful submission, terminal rejection, or user discard. Data imported into Fenbro HQ is retained in accordance with Fenbro's applicable business-record retention practices.
7. Security
The Extension sends data to Fenbro HQ through HTTPS. It limits local authentication and pending capture data to trusted Chrome extension storage.
8. Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
Fenbro's use of information obtained through the Extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Fenbro uses user data only as needed to provide and secure the Extension's stated function.
9. Contact
For questions about this policy or the Extension, contact info@fenbro.com.
